These terms apply to the Sadece Kur'an iOS app (“App”) and informational pages on this domain. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. App scope and optional features
Most features of the App (reading the Qur’an text and translations, search, widget, khatm and reading preferences, display settings, etc.) do not require a separate membership or in-app account.
Sevap Point (invites, score, optional leaderboard) is an optional layer that runs only if you choose it, using Sign in with Apple and Google Firebase; it is not a condition for core reading, translations, or non-account features. 2. License and use
Apple grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App from the App Store. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized copying is prohibited.
3. Content and translation
The App provides Qur’an layout together with offline bundled translations: Turkish Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır (Al Quran Cloud tr.yazir lineage) and English Talal Itani (en.itani lineage). Translation texts are provided in alignment with the Tanzil Project translation listing. The text is for reading and personal use. Commercial redistribution, republication, or bulk distribution is outside the scope of these terms and subject to applicable law.
Tanzil Quran text license
The Quran text data used in the App is produced and verified by the Tanzil Project and is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. Under this license:
- Permission is granted to copy and distribute verbatim (unmodified) copies of the text.
- Changing or modifying the text is not allowed.
- Any application or website using the text must clearly indicate the source (Tanzil Project) and include a link to tanzil.net so users can track updates.

4. Optional support (in-app contributions)
Optional in-app contributions to support development may be offered as non-consumable products via Apple StoreKit. Payment, billing, and refunds follow Apple’s terms. A contribution is not payment for core functionality or content; reading, translation display, themes, and appearance options are available without a contribution and a contribution is not required to access them.
You do not need to create a separate membership account. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. After a device change or reinstall, “Restore purchases” (or equivalent) relies on Apple’s store system; the developer does not need to operate a separate membership or billing account for you.
5. Service and liability
The App is provided “as is.” We strive for accurate, reliable content but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or identical behaviour on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is disclaimed.
6. Third parties
Apple: App Store distribution and in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will refresh the “Last updated” date on this page and may provide notice in the App or on the site where appropriate.
